Why is the DHL Customer Service so terrible?
Posted January 05, 2018 04:19:53There’s something wrong with this article I am a customer service person at DHL and I’ve been on the receiving end of a lot of bad customer service from DHL.
The problem is that I know it’s bad, but I just can’t bring myself to tell the customer service staff.
The reason I am trying to tell my story is because I think that’s where DHL has gone wrong.
The customer service has become so bad that I’m afraid I won’t ever be able to find another job.
This is why I started a petition to change DHL’s customer service culture.
DHL is one of the world’s largest and most well known retailers.
It is the third largest retailer after Wal-Mart and Target.
DHS claims to be a “world-class company”.
So why is the customer experience so terrible at DHS?
Why don’t they care about customers?
I’ve been an employee at DHCL for just over a year now and I think it’s fair to say that DHL doesn’t have the best customer service in the world.
The first thing that DHC has to do is find a way to get their employees to actually care about their customers.
They need to learn to value customer feedback and get to know their customers in order to develop the kind of customer experience that will actually make their customers happy.
The customer service at DHR is so bad, it doesn’t make sense to give them anything.
I don’t know if it’s the DHR team’s incompetence or the fact that DHR has just been around for years, but the customer-facing side of DHL needs to change.
DHC is so terrible that I don’t think there is any way that they can continue to treat their employees well.
The reason I’m telling my story here is because if they didn’t have to care about customer feedback, then DHC wouldn’t be the company they are today.DHL employees deserve better and they deserve better from their managers and supervisors.
If DHR continues to be this way, then the customer will be the customer and the company won’t exist.
So the only way DHC can continue being the company it is today is if they treat their customers well.
Let’s get this thing started.
The petition is open for signatures, so if you’re in the mood to make your voice heard, sign it. Read more
