Spectrum customer services are free and you don’t have to have an account to use them.
Spectrum Customer Support is available to Spectrum customers nationwide.

Spectrum provides a dedicated Spectrum Customer service hotline, but there’s no contact information for Spectrum customers who call from outside the UK.

Spectrum does not charge any fees for these calls and no charges will be incurred for returning a call.
Spectrum offers a prepaid mobile telephone network that can be used to contact other Spectrum customers.
This network provides unlimited talk, text and data services on a regular basis, and it is used by Spectrum customers in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Spectrum charges a small fee for each call, and users can add up to three minutes of free calling time.
