I’ve been working with a customer service representative who is super helpful and very helpful in responding to questions.
We’re both on the same page and I’ve had her for a couple of days.
She’s very knowledgeable about the product and is willing to help me understand the nuances of what I’m trying to do.
She also has a great attitude and a great sense of humor.
She is the type of person who will not leave you hanging, either.
She will ask you questions, she will answer them, and she will let you know if you can talk about it.
It’s a win-win situation.
She is a very professional person, and I’m glad she is a part of my business.
