When zara’s customer service sucks, you’ll be happy
zara is in a bit of a hot water right now with the company’s customer support.
According to a report from The Financial Times, zara customers who were dissatisfied with the quality of the customer service received an email telling them they were not welcome at the company.
This email was sent by a zara employee who claimed to be from Zara’s sales department.
According the report, the email read, “Due to the busy times of the year, we are unable to accommodate your requests.
Please accept this and please respect our request.”
The email was reportedly sent to the customers’ email addresses.
